"We loved the area of the hotel, and we liked leaning out of our open window to take in the sights & sounds. Close to Victoria train station, steps from Eccleston Yards, lots of stores & cafés nearby but still relatively quiet. We had enough beds for 4 adults and a private bathroom but it was hardly big enough to stand in. The shower didn't drain properly and the staff said they would call someone to come look but nothing was fixed in the few days we were there. The hotel is a bit run down and...

"The staff was very helpful and even gave us options for a room and helped with our luggage. They even booked a tax to the airport for us. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. "

"The continental breakfast was interesting with some Indian flavored cereals and couscous. They did have some gluten free options. There was yoghurt, salad and toast also. The room was really small which made it difficult to repack the suitcases in preparation for flying out the next day. The airport shuttle costs money and is not complimentary. The shower drain was not working very well so the shower filled up with water. It was overall clean and quiet."

"Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. "
