"I was little disappointed as when I booked through hotels.com platform,they advertised it as breakfast included free but then when I arrived at the hotel, I was told breakfast was not included. They didn't tell me the cost of the breakfast until I asked, neither was I given a receipt of my payment made (I should have asked but I had three little kids to sort out and it slipped out of my mind) The room was stuffy, there was a fan which only had speed control and didn't do a great job. Not many family rooms available, I called the reception a week prior and I explained that I had three children whom I wasn't happy to put in their own room due to age, I was told it would be fine and they would put two beds but only gave us one due to the room size, so three of us had to squeeze in 1 double bed. The pool was descent size but not great when some adults wanted to swim laps so closed of half of the pool to do so, leaving the other rhalf crowded. Breakfast was good and the sitting areas were pleasant to relax. The staff was friendly, the check in was stressful as they only had 2 desks which meant there was a queue till outside. I was expecting the reception area to have been bit more spacious. Overall was good but I wouldn't say grand for what the room charges were. "

"OK, this is a lovely hotel in a lovely setting. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Three minor niggles: 1) While the staff were friendly and helpful, there weren't enough of them. Service in the bar and restaurant varied from slow to non-existent. 2) The car park is too small for the number of guests. 3) On the day I was there, there fire alarm must have gone off at least five times. As the hotel was still standing the next morning I assume this was a fault. So, not perfect, but would I stay there again? Definitely."

"I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! The room was large and perfect for a family of 4. We loved the jet bath! Lovely amenities in the room, fluffy towels, and extras of anything you might need available in a communal area. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. "

"The garden flat was beautiful and we had no troubles with the property at all. The roads in Surrey are a bit tricky at times, but everything else about our stay was wonderful. Louise was helpful and informative without being intrusive. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the garden flat highly."

"The house was beautiful and the backyard was wonderful. My husband and granddaughter loved playing ping pong on the table in the backyard. The house had a few perks to get use to, not running the washer and dryer at the same time, but it was nothing major. The property manager was amazing. She was in constant contact with me and was ready to meet us at the house so we could check-in. We were driving in from Scotland and faced one delaly after another but she happily came over at 9 at night to meet with my son, who was in a car driving ahead of me, to check us in and tell him about the house and area. The house had everything that we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet and lovely. If we are ever in the UK again we would love staying at this house. Thank you"

"A gorgeous little barn which was perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Love the location and easy walks out into the countryside. The barn is super clean with great facilities - couldn’t ask for any more. "
