Covered with lot of house flies dead and alive, big spiders atleast 10 i spotted live, kids screamed every time. The carpets are full of dog hairs not cleaned at all. "Stayed for 4 nights in this gorgeous cottage. Traditional looking but with modern facilities. Well stocked kitchen with a large fridge. The village is quiet & peaceful just outside of Keswick. The real bonus is the private garden with comfy sofas. Parking is tight but we did have a wide car & it was nice to have it on the driveway. Good communication and able to self check in. "

"Got to the hotel after a long travel only to be told when trying to check-in that it was full and they were double booked. No one had tried to contact us to let us know prior to arrival. The staff had tried to secure alternative accommodation however this was not in a location we wanted to be in. Very disappointing.
