"I don’t usual do reviews however I would love to help anyone avoid the disaster that I encountered at this hotel! Facility…literally filthy!!! Spilled food and drinks throughout the lobby, breakfast room, and elevators. Cigarette burns and stains on the carpet and furniture in the room. The entire hotel smelled horrible! There was a big crawling near the microwave!? I was literally scared to sleep but had no where else to go. Front desk staff… young kid rude with zero answers or concern. Hot...

"In the bathroom of my room, there was mold growing around the shower. I have photos if you’d like to see them. The sink was dirty upon my arrival. When brought up to the staff, they said they were aware and have previously submitted it to management. The room was dusty and had not been properly cleaned in a while. "

"The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back "

"This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we felt safe there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of variety. We only stayed one night but it was a great hotel in the perfect location . "
