Front desk staff was great but walls and door are paper thin; you can hear everything from above/next door/hallway like it’s happening inside your room. The bathtub had stains, hair, and sticky residue. The area is very convenient if you’re traveling with a dog. There is a park nearby and plenty of grass around the parking lot for a quick walk.

It was a nice stay for a few days. The room and property were quiet and peaceful, making it feel like a getaway. Also, there was a fair choice of eateries and a shopping center nearby, which was convenient.

Quaint little place, as all I needed was a place to lay my head. It was clean and the people were friendly. There wasn't a breakfast, the only other issue I had was some ADA issues getting into the hotel. Still a good place to stay.

My stay at the Red Roof was a good experience the hotel room was very clean comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was our room was facing the wall in the back of the building. Besides that I had a great stay!

Staff were great! It is an older building, but they are trying to keep up with it. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, the bar in the window could have been better. The worse part was the floor was sticky, but I think it was because to much cleaner was being used to clean. The room itself was updated. I would stay again.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was good. The evening and morning staff were very nice, and friendly. I brought my dog, and they were very welcoming of him. This is a good hotel for the price. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's newly renovated, clean, and fairly quiet. My only complaint is I could smell marijuana through the vents, and it is supposed to be a "no smoking" facility. Other than that, the stay was good!

There is an awful smell in the hallway. The first room had soiled or stained linen and the ac was not functioning properly. The second room had a great ac but the pillow cases had stains on them and the cover had cigarette burn holes in it.

Red Roof Inn of Suffolk is a winner.

I read some of the other comments. Ok. Red Roof Inn is not so expensive. I just want a clean room, and easy check in/out. Red Roof Inn is not responsible for the bratty (parents should control this) kids that want to make a lot of noise. Also, there is a phone by the front desk that has a sign on it that says,"Front desk." So, if a real person is not there when you arrive, use the phone and someone will come right down. this is one of the cleanest Red Roof Inns i have stayed at. Lastly, I could not figure out why my remote did not turn the TV on. I asked the manager, and he walked with me to my room. He showed me to point the remote at a specific area, which is a red light on the left side. TVs work, no problem. Thank you very much, Red Roof Inn of Suffolk. I slept so good.

No smoking in the hotel but there were burn holes in the blanket. It smelled like smoke. People lived there with pets. Too much foot traffic. Not some where I would have my family stay on vacation.
