"Wonderful hotel with joined family room for teenagers, worked so well. Perfect location for traveling and seeing the sights, with no need to catch taxis, or stress to find the hotel when you arrive late at night as we did. Hotel has a touch pad with a code for east entry after hours. Perfect location! Only downside was tiny shower, and I mean tiny! But it worked and it was not a deal breaker at all. We skipped breakfast at the hotel as too many places to eat close by, (next door). 5 min walk...

"La habitación que tuve daba a la calle en esquina, podía escuchar cada paso y a cada persona que pasaba en la noche, en la madrugada y al amanecer. Me parece que antes de ser habitación del hotel era un local comercial pues tenía una cortina metálica que daba hacia la calle y por la cual se escuchaba el ruido de afuera. Fueron dos noches en las que el descanso fue casi nulo. Otro detalle no menos importante fue que la ventana del baño daba a una zona de desayuno con mesas y comensales...

"It's a room with basic amenities. It serves the purpose of an overnight stay to enable me catch my 6am flight from Marco Polo airport. I had the misfortune of locking myself out of my room at 3:45am when I stepped out upon hearing the voices of other residents out to catch the bus or walk to the airport. I only had the clothes on me, all my belongings including my phone was in my room. I was in a state of panic, a resident walking out to catch his flight advised me to press the red button...

"Room was nice, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. On our last day, we didn't have time for breakfast, but the staff put together a bag of snacks with fruit and bottle of water for us to take on the train which was waiting for us upon checkout. Very sweet of them."

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."
