"Beds were good the only thing was when I first walked in there was a funny smell in the room like something wasn't cleaned so I had to keep the windows open all the time. Also the door was hard to get into at times when I swiped my key i push the door open it wouldn't open alot.So I tried pushing it a couple times until it opened you should get that checked out for other guests cause another guests complain about his door to me to. Other than that everything else was good."

"I was looking for a place to stay for the night after a long day and did not want to drive home with all the late afternoon traffic and saw this hotel online. It met all my needs. it was clean, quiet and the personnel were friendly. Thank you"

"room was comfy!"

"Rooms were nice and clean, no complaints!"

"Iam really enjoying the stay😊"

"This property has a lot of potential, and the exterior is well maintained, but the guest rooms are overdue for improvement. Cleanliness was my biggest concern, and the unfriendly check in experience didn't help. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. I hope management addresses housekeeping, room maintenance, and service training, as this hotel could be a great JFK option."
