"It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything.

"Beautiful place, with excellent staff.
We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going.
The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding.
The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest.
We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day."
"Excellent comfortable bed in large room. We had the king room, it was spotless and had everything you need, even a gusto coffee maker ! Food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the delicious breakfast.
All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Perfect little bolt hole with lovely countryside views. Ideally posiitoned for walks in the forest (5 minute walk from the door to the forest) and down to Symmonds Yat. Paul was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was super clean in the 'pigsty'. Definitely a funky place to stay. Would definitely go again!"

"The house felt like being at home, cosy and comfortable, Jane and her husband made feel welcome, as did the neighbours who walked past. Quiet, relaxing location and ideal centre for many local attractions.Will miss the hens and sheep!!!"

"Excellent place to stay. Beautifully presented, brilliant location, all the facilities you could want. Idyllic place to unwind, relax and forget about the world and great internet speeds if you do need to keep in touch. The views are incredible and is in the doorstep of all the attractions and of course, the forest. If your lucky enough to be able to book this place, I am jealous. "
