"Horrible property, criminal mismanagement. Our room had a horrible odor that worsened when we ran the A/C unit. It smelled like either an animal had died in the vent or the prior occupant had vomited all over the room without anyone cleaning. We checked out after 1 horrible night and switched hotels. At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused night. Front desk just completely lied to us. Avoid this property at all costs."

"This property is convenient if you are in Richmond and need to work for a couple of weeks. It is not a great vacation spot as it has no patio, views, etc. But it is a perfect spot if you need a quiet, safe place to stay. There are several nearby restaurants that are terrific; and adjacent Libby Park is a sweet place to have your morning coffee. The apartment is clean, comfy and well stocked."
