"This place was great to meet up with family. We came from all over and picked this hotel and it was the perfect place. The room I got was perfect size for me and my kid. Had a great view and was in the center of it all. Great walking area had everything we need within minutes. Definitely will be coming back if I go to New York."

"I had a wonderful experience here! The rooms are small, but that didn't matter to us since we only used them to shower and sleep. Breakfast was great, but the absolute highlight was Ynocencia in the breakfast area. Wow, she was amazing! She was incredibly polite, helpful, and went completely above and beyond. It feels great to be treated with such respect. The hotel is also very convenient to the trains and city attractions. I will definitely book here again. Love it!"

"This is one of the tucked away Hotels in NYC but it’s the only options from 125th st to 181 st. The morning front desk is the most coolest and professional staff I’ve came across. One stop shop for anything I needed for my hotel stay and recommended options around Washington Heights. Room was comfortable. Quiet room. Room service staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."
