"We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end. The whole hotel was spotless. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. The roof top bar on the 7th floor is an absolute treat, soaking up the views of Tower of London paired with top cocktails and a fantastic array of spirits. It’s the perfect get away. Steph on reception was a star, and was very attentive to any queries we may of had at check in and throughout our stay. The location has its advantages, you are within the centre of everything with great transport links. "
