"Nothing - it was all good. We had the amazing executive room and it was lovely for our 24th wedding anniversary. Am most certainly going back for my birthday on 6 th January. Spa etc was wonderful also. Thank you so much for looking after us"
"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "

The staff was also wonderful. They checked on tube and train times for us to get to the airport, and since we had to leave really early and we were going to miss our included breakfast, they packed us a breakfast to go. Absolutely wonderful experience—would DEFINITELY stay there again! "
