"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."

"We were allocated a accessable room on the ground floor which was surprising. The room was clean but was missing a few amenities. The mattress had sagged in 2 spots which made it uncomfortable."

"Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Tower Hill underground. Staff were friendly and efficient and room was very clean. Lovely touch of cake/chocolate/card with 25% off bar left as we were celebrating a birthday. Rooftop bar really good on the Saturday night with DJ - perfect end to our day. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will stay here again for our next London trip."
