"We have stayed at the Boot before. The pub is great for staying in and the staff are very friendly. I found the room (number 5) spacious and pretty well kept but my partner was a bit spooked by the room. She found it a little creepy with all the nick-nacks. The staff provided us with an early breakfast which was very much appreciated as we had to leave early (5.30am). The only real negative was that the TV wouldn't work. "

The only thing that let it down was a bit of clumsyness: Cleaning of the room, dirty plates left in the room, no new toilet roll added, the room was 1st floor with stairs, we travelled with a young child and were unaware there was no lift before arrival.
