"The room was lovely. It was also very clean. The only suggestion is some firm pillows as an option as I found the very soft pillows awful to sleep on. Breakfast was delicious! We would stay again "

"A lovely stay in a lovely boutique hotel, the staff were all excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Special mentions to Wayne and Beau who both went above and beyond from parking our car to loading our luggage from car to room and back andshowing us the many delights (and rooms) the hotel has to offer. We intend to be back with some close relatives later this year."

"I couldn't have had a better experience than staying for a night at the Henrietta Hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay, so close to the city centre. Lovely staff who kindly upgraded my room for me and even helped me fix a broken strap on my bag! The hotel is perfectly situated for Pulteney Bridge and is very close to the Roman Baths, Pump Room and all the other sights. I'll definitely stay here again 😀"
