"Disappointed that the spa was only available to guests between 8am - 10am and from 7pm-9pm. Other times was a charge of £70ppp day. The hotel is lovely but a couple of notes: floor tiles all cracked in our bathroom and the bathroom layout meant access to the shower over the bath was a negotiation and would have been tricky if you weren’t fully mobile. In general, great location but at the price I’m left a little disappointed. "

The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. Will definitely look to stay again! "
