"No breakfast, no bar, no food or drink at all. No staff on site, No heating in morning, 4c in room !!! Window full of condensation, Kettle wouldn’t fit in sink to fill up."

Fulfilled all we wanted from a big group family and friends holiday: Comfortable, beautifully presented and well maintained house in large secluded grounds, plus covered outdoor seating areas (essential in the UK), pretty gardens and courtyard, all bedrooms ensuite, piano, two sitting areas, dining room off kitchen, plus seating area in a large kitchen. Managers were welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Owners had thought of everything they could to provide a comfortable and relaxing holiday."

"The property was on a working farm and is pet friendly. Located just outside of Pwllheli. The owners live on site and were very friendly & welcoming. The facilities were wonderful from the swimming pool to the games room. Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside with stunning views."

"The decor and modern home stay was great. We enjoyed the relaxing space and the hot tub and seating area. For being only a few years old since Reno the beds you could feel every spring. Also some amenities. There was no baby travel crib. It’s a large space that families go to. Every other space we went to had one. There was no broom on property to help clean up. And no laundry detergent even though there was machines. When asked about these things was told it was self serve go buy your own. These little things make a big difference. By spending a few pounds to have some more amenities would turn your space into 5 stars. Isn’t great feeling as travellers to have to go out and source everything for a few day stay."
