"clean room BUT MATTRESS WAS WAY TOO SOFT …. back pain after 2 nights… staff says theyve heard it before"

"Hotel G is centrally located. It is very convenient to walk to so many coffee cafe, restaurants and shops in Union Square. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. We had a great experience."

"Everything was very nice, clean, I loved it super recommended, I will come back again."

"Great stay. Everyone was nice and there were people of all ages. Super convenient location!"

"It is old school chic. The room is cute but the bathroom is complicated. There is little space and you have to jump the toilet to get into the shower."

"Not bad"

"Awesome clean please very cozy"

"I’ve stayed here several times before. The area is safe, the property is conveniently located, and free parking is helpful if driving. I would have preferred to comment in private that the bathroom was not clean and there is mold on the shower, ceiling, and shower curtain. Unfortunately there was nobody available at reception when I checked out. Cleanliness has never been an issue when I stayed here previously, so hopefully this is an unusual situation that will be resolved. I do like this hotel...

"Breakfast was really good, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean. They had a convenience store next door to the hotel the bus stop was one Street away once you learnt the bus route you could take the bus up the hill and you just walk down a little bit to the hotel. It was safe at night to walk to the restaurant's close by and there was a few to pick from."

"Very friendly and helpful staff! Everything else is clean and no extra. Had a great short stay"

"AMAZING!!"

"موظفة الاستقبال سيئة تعاملها في بدابه لكن بشكل عام كان جيد "

"This hotel is our go-to when we stay in the city. Most recent trip, we were given a balcony room. I highly recommend these rooms. We spent a good portion of our stay just taking in the city."
