"Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend "

"First room, in the app say 2 queen bed and they were full size also say breakfast included and that was a lie when i ask the fron desk the lady say sorry you should get the room thru us no thru expidia"
