"Staff was super helpful & friendly, shuttles were convenient, location close to Universal, everything about our stay was lovely. The only things worth a mention is the overpowering perfume/air freshener spray smell in lobby through our stay and the pillows on bed weren’t the best.. the beds were decent though! "

"I stayed close to the pool and hallway felt humid and there was a musty smell. Room was smaller than pictured. Otherwise I would say it’s just ok nothing special.room was clean and staff was polite onsite restaurant was delicious."

"The room was very dirty upon arrival, and several things in the room were broken or not working properly. The property was also extremely misleading online. The listing made it appear to be a modern Hollywood-style hotel because of the photos and décor, but in reality it was an outdated motel that felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unpleasant overall. The staff was rude, and mornings were very loud, making it difficult to sleep or rest comfortably because of the constant noise around the property. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and very short hours from 7–9 a.m. Most hotels offer breakfast for a longer period, so this felt inconvenient. Parking was also difficult, as there were very few available spaces and it was hard to find parking. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not match the way the property was advertised online."

"They closed the restaurant literally the day before we arrived and we had no notice. They were still sending invites to breakfast and dinner. The other thing the pool is across the street at another hotel they own. We were only going to Universal Studios and are seniors, but if you had kids it might matter to you. Very convenient to Universal and the hotel was very nice. NO bar service either, and we thought we would relax in there."

"The area is nice but the hotel felt much older than what it looks like on the outside. The hallways had a weird moldy smell and our room had a mixture of food and marijuana smell, masked by cleaner. The room appeared clean, but didn’t feel clean. It wasn’t horrible but I would not stay here again."
