Staff was outstanding. This was my second stay here, hot tub and pool are very clean. They are working on improving and modernizing the property so it was a grab and go breakfast, but are heading toward a hot breakfast. Within 5 minutes of Burbank Airport

When we got there, the shuttle to and from the airport was broken so they gave us an uber. We did have some problems with certain drivers but eventually got to the hotel. The staff were great. The location was good. Walking distance to lots of stores and fast food places. The rooms were nice and the pool was great. Breakfast was good and we had a nice stay.

Check in went smooth. Lady at check-in wasn't as friendly but the lady at check out was great, she was super friendly. She just had a good vibe about her. So nice to see in a hotel setting.
