"Hotel was clean, friendly hotel staff but spa staff was rude and dismissive. Hot tub was under construction but pool area was decent. Don’t order food/drinks poolside, very overpriced. Overall, it was a good place for a quiet weekend."

"It was 100° when I got to Pomona the day I checked in and found the pool and the Jacuzzi both under construction along with part of the hotel. Not a major thing, but I was really planning on spending a couple hours by the pool before I went to my event anyway other than that everything was good. Staff was great."
