"We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. "This resort was definitely worth the money! Food was good, many different options especially in the buffets. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did its thing every morning! The shuttle was available 24/7 which was a plus especially with a toddler. Many activities throughout the day for the kids and families. "

"The hotel is amazing. The entire staff, during our stay, was attentive. Housekeeping was cleaning a room nearby and I asked him (Javier) to give us extra water bottles and we had plenty during our 5 night stay. We played lots of beach and pool volleyball - Sergio, Axel, and the other staff kept it fun and enjoyable for everyone! Dinner was great. Our favorite meals were actually at lunch, the jerk chicken at the Barefoot Grill and the calamari tostada at SeaSoul was delicious. Throughout our time at the beach and pool, we would continously be asked if we needed anything. Staff was everywhere making sure the property was clean. Our only complaints is the excessive sea weed, which we knew about ahead of time. And the wait to get drinks at the swim up bars in the pool. But we are on vacation with no urgency, so it was a minor inconvenience."

"The room was clean, however, the slide door to the fridge was miss aligned and was almost impossible to open. The shower rack was loose and everything almost fall apart. Worst thing happened on the last night, 3 people including my son started to have diarrhea and vomiting issue and my son is still on feaver, the common food they had was the ice cream."

"my husband and myself stayed for a week and had the most wonderful time. All the staff are wonderful. We did not encounter one person that was not kind or willing to help when needed. We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. Our butler Leidy was amazing and every request was met with no problem, even on her day off. "

"My solo vacation at this hotel was outstanding. I wanted a quiet and peaceful vacation. The staff and location exceeded my expectations! Everyday I was recognized by name, treated with such kindness and made to feel welcome. The front desk helped me with any questions or issues. Ann was absolutely amazing. She loves her job, and it definitely shows in her warm and caring attitude. The restaurant spoiled me daily at the rooftop pool with excellent food and daily help reserving private covered beach bed due to my vitiligo and sun sensitivity conditions. Sandra was a godsend! She was my most favorite person I met during my stay. This lady looked after me helped reserve beach bed and kept me hydrated and well taken care of. She actually made me coconut water from a coconut she bought from a vendor on her way to work! The spa services I had were excellent! Claudia, Daisy and Pedro each gave me separate spa treatments and they really care about you and you will be very pleased. The whole restaurant staff (victor, Rafael, Sandra and more made dining excellent! Food was great, room spacious and gorgeous with a beautiful view and I was consistently met with great hospitality every day of my vacation. Also, I got to know the gift shop employee and bought some lovely items. She has a great selection of items and very friendly. Five stars for the room, rooftop pool and restaurant, beach area and entire staff. Muchos gracias for everything."

"This resort was amazing for our family vacation! Booking through Expedia provided a room upgrade and our concierge team Kena and Regina were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The a la carte restaurant selection is great (Mediterranean, Brasilian, Japanese, etc), with each providing its own experience with top notch food and service. We were able to go parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and jet skiing right from the resort. Great amenities here. The water park was great for the kids as well."

"Bungalows were the best! Enjoyed waking up and walking out onto the porch for coffee. Only a few steps away from the beach."
