"great place for the price!"

"Though there were exceptions, the people at the desk were misleading and unhelpful. We were not allowed to park in the hotel parking lot because we arrived earlier than check in time, which required an extra expense, and a big inconvenience as we had to carry our bags to the parking lot assigned. On checking out, we were misled about how the lot we were supposed to use was to be paid. When we checked out, we needed to get our bags from out of storage and had to wait until a security person arrived -- that person didn't, and then the desk person finally was willing to get our luggage when another guest was checking in. The toilet paper roll in the room when we arrived was nearly empty (though there was another roll available.) The air condiioning was set on celsius, which was confusing (New Jersey is pretty far from anyplace that uses celsius). The machines downstairs to get beverages and snacks were confusing and defective and out of product. We will never stay at this hotel again."

"This was a staycation. I spent 4 nights and it was amazing. My first room had a horrible view, I had to ask for a room change or I would have lost my minddd. The staff was great and I got a room change. Beds were comfortable. I slept great in both rooms. Breakfast was included. I was there to rest and I only had breakfast 1 day. It was good, 7/10. I slept late EVERY. SINGLE. DAY after that. Again, bed was comfortable, room was clean, and cozy. I did wipe both rooms with clorox wipes and I was pleased that the wipes didn't looked too bad. That made me more comfortable. Location is THE BEST! I walked everywhere lol, but the subway is the way to go. So, MY overall experience was great. 8/10 :) I didn't drive, cause I knew parking would've been rough and more expensive than uber. Get a cab or take the subway."

"The rooms are quite small but the twin room with a terrace was fantastic and doubled the space. Appreciated cold canned water each day. Common areas on the ground floor are really nice, when they're open. Several disappointments that were not clear online when booking: eg, coffee is 24/7 in the lobby but definitely not free, rooftop area/bar doesn't open until 4 and was not available our first night due to a buy-out, there are in-room umbrellas and slippers which carry a fee if you use them, there is a pilates studio onsite but always had a conference table in it or closed when we wanted to do some yoga, mats are not in room as mentioned online, nice big common sitting area that was only open one morning in three days - maybe the hours just didn't jive with our schedule. Overall, a good rate but felt a bit nickel and dimed."
