"The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk however, had poor communication skills. I had paid for early check in if possible ahead of time. I asked about early check in at 7 am to see if I could get an early check in a 11 am. I was told to check back at 11 am. There was no lobby to sit in, so I left my luggage at the front desk (they did not mark my luggage as mine or give me a ticket, just placed my luggage behind a door.) "stay was good for the price but when we checked in to our room there was food and garbage all over the table. the staff gave us a new room quickly with two beds instead of a king. when we went to check out there was nobody at the front desk for over 5 minutes so we ended up leaving the key on the desk. overall stay wasn’t bad but we did run into some issues."
