Quite disappointing the check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am , I am not used to such a treatment , next time , I will look for a more flexible timing resort"

"We dont recommend, spend your money somewhere else. Pay the price for a better hotel. Staff at dining tried charging us multiple times, pool time was overly restricted with access. If you wanna be under impressed and catfished, this is your place

"The service staff was super friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond to assist in every aspect and to resolve any inconveniences timely. The check-in and check-out process was easy and straight forward. Rooms were comfortable, clean, good bedding, and stocked with all necessities. Pleasant views throughout the property. Nice pools, awesome lobby bar (look for Cesar the Mixologist at the specialty cocktails bar), beautiful beach, very good food quality at buffet and all various restaurants. Enjoyed a wonderful couples massage. Definitely worth the trip and cost for this all-inclusive. Bring extra cash for tips if you feel compelled and be kind to all the hard-working staff."
"My wife and I loved our 3 night stay in late September. Being a family resort, this time of year was perfect to get some relaxing time without having to go to an adult-only resort.
Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious. We had a partial ocean view which was much better than we saw on other reviews. Buffet food was decent, but lacked more beef options. We also liked the Asian and Italian restaurants — the Mexican was okay. We didn’t try the other restaurants.
Staff was very welcoming, but front desk had a slight bit of an arrogant tone.
We’re very happy we chose this hotel."
"Best ever. Above and beyond all expectations. Food at the buffet sucks. Grounds are imaculate. Lots of good entertainment and fine dining restaurants that have a dress code so bring your nice clothes. Cabanas rent for $45 a day and come with a waiter. Drinks.... seem watered down cuz the ice melts so fast. The outside bars alcohol is as warm as it is outside temperture so you're not gonna get ice cold drink. It's all inclusive but these people work hard to serve you. Tipping is appropriate. The fine dining restaurants you're going to want to bring $5's for lunch, $10's for dinner and $1's for drinks. I wouldn't give it if they didn't earn it. Dinner reservations for the whole week can be made the first day you're there and they do get booked days in advance. I was there 7 nights and couldn't get into the black hole. Room service menu has few options and no alcohol. Seems like you can't get a drink anywhere before noon. No breakfast memosas. Disappointed menudo wasnt served at the buffet or anywhere, not even on Sunday. Back to the alcohol... bring an insulated bottle to keep your drink cold and they'll mix it in there for"
