"I recently stayed at Wyndham in Cancun and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff immediately approached us trying to sell packages and extras we didn’t need—before we even had a chance to check in. It set the tone for the entire stay. We booked two rooms for 10 nights and paid a significant amount of money, so we came in with high expectations—but the stay did not live up to them. The food quality was below average and lacked variety, which was frustrating for such a long stay. Room cleaning was also only provided every other day, which was inconvenient and not what we expected for a hotel at this price point. One of the biggest issues was the staff constantly trying to upsell and push additional services. It made the experience feel uncomfortable rather than relaxing, which is the whole point of a vacation. To make matters worse, when we requested just a one-hour late checkout, we were asked to pay $300. After spending so much already, this felt unreasonable and left a bad final impression. Overall, I would not return based on this experience and would not recommend it to others expecting a relaxing, high-quality stay."

It was a problem with drinking water there was none in the rooms you had to go to a specific floor to fill a can(for my luck i was in that floor)Bed sheets either they were not changed daily or not washed because they smelled like a sweaty neck. Beach was 10/10 and food was just ok."

"Pool area was nice. Rooms are a bit dated but we did get maid service daily if not twice daily. Beach was small with lots of sargassum. Prices for food and drink were ridiculously expensive. I have to think there are better options. I would not stay here again. "

"This is a great family resort. A lot of activities for families to enjoy together. Bring your own toiletries, as the ones provided are not very high in quality. Otherwise, a great spot for a memorable family vacation!"
