"We loved our stay in the family suite. It was a good size for our family of 4, with a bedroom where we could pop the kids to bed and we slept on the larger bed in the lounge. Had a good kitchenette, a large bathroom and a private jetted spa bath outside. Located on Fenton street is a great location as its oretty close to town but far enough away that it isnt noisy. We would definitely stay here again."

"We only stayed one night but liked it enough to stay more if our plans allowed. It is in a great location. The parking is tight but we made it work. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I am not sure if we got a free upgrade but it was much better than I thought. It had all the accommodations. We were going to go out and do things in Rotorua but opted to stay in the room and rest instead because it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. I thought this place was great and would definitely stay there again if we go back to New Zealand."

"Pleasent staff, nice comfortable room, great having a private spa in the unit. One drawback was the security light straight outside the door, lit the room up quite a bit, maybe positioned slightly away from the door to stop the glare coming directly in through the curtains "
