Great location, close to waterfront restaurants and shops. I was pleased to find an EV charging station at the hotel, which I used during my stay. We stayed in Unit 17, and while the beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom and toilet are in need of renovation, the toilet bowl in particular shows its age. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Clean and spacious room, free laundry facilities (washing machine) (dryer $3.00), very fast and courteous check-in, super comfortable king bed. Spa is a bit too big, could do with a smaller spa. Had a ground floor room as requested, only drawback was the room was next to the laundry, a bit of noise from loud-talking travelers after 8am waiting for their laundry to wash and dry.

I highly recommend this place. The suite was really big and comfortable with a couch and lounge chairs. The bed was firm but super comfortable. It was also amazingly clean and along with the friendly staff. There is nothing I could fault about this place and I would definitely book here again when we go back
