"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job.
If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."
"Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to:
1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking.
2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed.
House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."
"Overall it was comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff are helpful. The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile.
