"This is a really nice hotel that provides you with everything you need to make your stay super comfortable. Staff is great and is always ready to help you. One minor inconvenience was the check in process as it took us quite some time; but aside from that, everything was nice. The pools are very clean. I did not get an opportunity to try their restaurants, but they looked very nice and offered plenty of variety of foods. I did have the breakfast and it was simply delicious. Buffett-style with lots of options. Parking and check-out process was amazing. I really recommend this hotel if you want a budget friendly option and high quality service. "

"We LOVED this resort! Every staff memeber was INCREDIBLE! Food was very good... not fancy but we were not there for fine dining! The restaurants were ok...nice opportunity for a private quieter dinner ( you MUST be on your phone at 8am sharp to get a reservation...we never had an issue) In order...French(we went twice), Mexican(twice as well) Steak place, Italian... We were just the 2 of us and spent ALL our days at the Adults only pool! AMAZING! Bartenders were top notch! If you want to reserve your canaba someone needs to get up early...7amish... and put your towels on a cabana! You won't get even a chair after 9am! You don't have to stay just put some item on it to save it! We used Happy Shuttle both directions from the airport... they were GREAT! We tipped in Pesos at the bars, in our room and buffet...USD at the restaurants. All staff were very appreciative! We would definetly stay here again! We were in buildng 2 on the 7th floor, "Club Room" definetly worth the little extra! Big tub jacuzzi tub looking out at the ocean!"

"Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows. Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier than mine. The inconsistency and treatment left a bad impression. On a much more positive note, Isidro was incredible. He went above and beyond to help my friend manage her gluten allergy—checking in daily, remembering her preferences, and making her feel comfortable and cared for. The only issue she experienced during the trip was at the teppanyaki restaurant, where she was accidentally served regular soy sauce and became ill. That aside, Isidro’s attentiveness made a huge difference. Tito absolutely made our mornings! He is an amazing person—so warm, attentive, and genuinely joyful. Whether at breakfast or lunch, he always took great care of us and made the effort to connect with us. He truly stands out. The entertainment staff were also fantastic. Arlene and Evelin were my girls, and Johnny is my boy for life! They brought so much energy and fun to every day and really enhanced the overall experience. And a huge shoutout to Victor Martinez, hands down the best poolside server!"

"As an all inclusive resort, I am not impress and upgrading to enclave level for $99 /night USD is so worth it. The service is bad on day one. Guess was not given enough attentions especially for new arrival to the hotel and check-in. I wasn't even offer a glass of water or something to drink while I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby to check-in. Not sure if anyone is going to help me. Dinning at the resort restaurants are a disaster, restaurant seem to be under staffed and not well trained. Not flexible in attending to the customer needs, why is Miso Soup only be offered at a certain table within the same Japanese food Restaurant, come on it's all inclusive."
