"Property is wonderful, but a little far if attending disney! Not many options for food! I called 4 times prior to arriving asking if we could have adjoining rooms and was told if available! Everytime I called, it wasn't on my reservation! But overall, a wonderful property with large rooms!"

"We were really looking forward to this trip, but unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the expectations. The Room Issues: Our check-in was a rough start. Despite a 4 PM guarantee, our room wasn't ready until closer to 5 PM—frustrating after a full day of driving. Once we got in, our two-bedroom condo had a heavy smell of marijuana in one of the rooms. When I alerted the front desk, the only solution offered was to spray air freshener. I declined this as I didn't want my children inhaling more fumes/chemicals, and since no other rooms were available, our entire family had to cram into one bedroom for the first night just to avoid the smell. The Amenities: The resort layout and amenities also fell short for us: The Pool: The pool closest to our building (with the kids' play area) was impossible to use. Every single chair was claimed by towels very early in the morning, and it remained overcrowded throughout the day. Our kids never even got a chance to use it. The Arcade: This was much smaller than expected and didn't hold the kids' interest for long. Summary: Paying for a two-bedroom condo and only being able to use half of it because of smoke—then being unable to use the pool due to "chair saving"—made for a very stressful stay. For the price, we expected better management of room cleanliness and pool etiquette."

"The location is great with places to eat to walk to, no shampoo or body wash in the shower containers while there but we made do with what we had. Staff & room was great & pool areas very nice. A little loud by the interstate but no fault of Hotel & was not that bad. Beds were comfortable & I would stay again if ever in the area. Very happy with our stay. Thank you"

"Love the pools and hot tubs and the fact that staying at one of the 3 Marriotts, allowed me access to the pools and hot tubs in each of the other 2 attached in the Villa. Each hotel had different Disney decor which was exciting for my small grandson when we took our walks. This may not be perfect for every family, but it was perfect for mine. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and it will probably be our go to for the future. Friendly staff, great breakfast, arcade, playground, and cafes. Would like to see a couple shops. There was a Disney shop, but it's not open anymore. "
