"This property is very rundown. The rooms are basic. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The views from my first room were looking down at the back of the restaurant by the pool and had 10 dead trees garbage dumpsters outside. It was filthy dirty. I asked to move to another room which was overlooking the parking lot and finally I had to go downstairs talk to the concierge and they gave me a room overlooking the pool, which was better but not what I would say luxury. Also, when I came to pick up my car from valet after staying there for a few days, they parked my car next to a sprinkler system, and the whole side of my black car was completely stained from the sprinkler water. When I mentioned it to the valet, he just threw the keys at me and said I just park them. So I left there spending $45 a night ballet in my car which never moved got it back filthy had to take it to a special card cleaner to get the stains off the side. And overall, it was a horrible experience. I would never go back there and never recommend somebody to stay there. "

"My hotel room was a lot bigger and better than in the pictures. The staff was quick and responsive to my needs and requests. There is an Applebee's next door, where free breakfast was served, and the restaurant's hosts were so kind as well. Better than I thought it would be and at a decent cost. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Everything was as advertised !! Also right next to a little outlet mall as well and there is a one of those Disney stores right on the way in as well ; the property itself was cool and the pools were in good condition. The people at the Pizza Hut were nice as well but the mini mart store prices were brutal. As far as the room , it was overall clean there were a few missed items by HK but I used to work at a hotel so I am a little picky. Some hair behind door and elsewhere but not bad overall. The room was a little dated otherwise. TVs small, last remodel was probably well over a decade ago the bathroom fixtures etc looked 90’s. For the price and everything else defintiely worth it ! If you want something brand new and fancy it’s not for you. "

"Having a full kitchen made it very convenient to be able to cook, the washer and dryer was also a nice added bonus, we couldn't have been more happy with our stay, the staff went out of their way to check on us during our stay. I would highly recommend, and stay here again."
