"We travelled with our 2 month infant and became easily frustrated having to walk so far to our room which was on the 4th floor and in the 90s. Having to walk that distance every single day or whenever we needed to leave the room for whatever reason was cruel and unusual punishment. The morning we had to check out with all of our luggage was a nightmare. Also, Courtyard is such a huge hotel to only have one elevator leading to the lobby. Very inconvenient. I will say that the housekeeping staff were excellent. The room was cleaned and every single day and fresh towels were always provided. "

Sheets looked old..sheets did not fit bed in master. TVs did not get more than a few channels..these are not smart tvs. WiFi kept disconnecting. Door handle in his bathroom was installed upside down…made for a very awkward exit. The room key kept getting demagnetized..dishwasher front panel came off with first use…some detectors were veryyyy sensitive…dryer took hours to dry a load…horrible stay…beds were hard as rocks too. "
