"Great location especially for families. Room was nice but the location overall is what sold us. Several things to do with the family and a nice breakfast every morning. Definitely worth what they’re charging which was very little considering the location. Just across from the premium outlets and so many stores and restaurants. "

"The villa buildings were simple to find, and the rooms were very spacious. The rooms were clean and had many amenities. The resort staff were kind and helpful. We loved the amount of pools that this resort has. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton. "

"I like this place! It has plenty of space for a small family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Overall it was clean, but the furniture was worn down. However the beds were comfortable. Also the water pressure was amazing! My son lived at the pool!"

"The A/C unit in the room is VERY loud and annoying all night long. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Otherwise it was fine. "

"It was terrible in every way. First, the shower curtain fell off the hooks, and despite asking three times to have it replaced, nothing was done. The mattress was also in awful condition, with a noticeable hole in the middle, and no solution was offered. We were eventually forced to request another room, but only after staying two nights with no shower curtain and a damaged mattress. When we were finally moved, it felt far too late. To make matters worse, a shopping bag mysteriously disappeared from our room, and no explanation was ever provided. Overall, a very disappointing experience—never again. If you stay at this hotel, don’t expect anything better than what you’d find at a roadside motel."
