I really liked the place, everything was clean and easy to access to restaurants, Disney and Disney Springs. The only thing I didn't like was the man at the reception, he should be more communicative and pay more attention to newcomers. The first impression he gave me was terrible. I already imagined that the place would be terrible. But don't be fooled by the poor service at reception, the place is good.

I liked the room but I was put off because I didnā€™t get the room I chose and wouldā€™ve liked the pool to be open until a later time. Also wouldā€™ve liked to have extra towels brought to me.

We arrived very late. And the front desk was closed. It was very easy to contact them and I got the information to go into my room immediately. Place clean and remodeled. Good location close to everything. I like that the rooms are not inside a building, it makes it very private. I will recommend.
