"We enjoyed our stay! Good location on the beach in walking distance of restaurants and relatively easy to park on the street. Friendly staff, and great food at the restaurant. Breakfast was solid too with the option of kippers to go with a full-English-type spread. Would recommend! "

"The Sefton is a grand building toward the town centre end of the promenade and about 10 minutes walk from the Sea Terminal and buses to and from the airport stop close by, so very convenient. Check in was smooth. I booked an atrium room which was quiet, modern but not bland. Good bathroom, living area with a balcony. "It's a very clean hotel, the ownership is very friendly and helpful. It is not a modern cookie cutter hotel or building. It is the Victorian era. It is not fancy in modern terms. The stairs are steep and narrow, they way they were done at the time it was built. I would like more lighting on them. Breakfasts were good and satisfying. I had plenty of hot water. "
