Very enjoyable stay . Lovely position on the promenade; great for a morning or evening walk with shops nearby. Staff friendly & helpful. Nice touch in bedrooms with daily complimentary bottled water , soft drinks , crisps & chocolate. Would not hesitate to stay again .

The staff here was fantastic, especially Mariana who greeted us like we were old friends and gave us great recommendations. The room was beautiful and chic with a view of the sunrise every morning! loved it!

The Room was on the top floor and was very clean. The lift help us get to our room. The staff friendly and was interested in engaging with the guests. We took breakfast each morning which had a good selection of cereals, Bread Cheeses and cold meats. the cooked breakfast was very good. Just a short walk from Douglases High street but also right on the sea front. We had a fantastic 6 day here and I would recommend it to anyone. The free food and Soft drinks in the fridge was a nice touch and was replenished everyday.

Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others

Stayed 4 nights while visiting IOM. Lucas and Pete were super helpful upon check in and for whatever we needed. Room was really nice with all the amenities. No A/C but the fan made up for it. Highly recommend.
