We were able to drop our luggage at the property soon after we got off the boat and spend the day in Douglas without lugging bags before booking in later in the day. The same facility was given on the day we were leaving. This was very helpful!

This is my 2nd time I've stayed in this hotel in 2 months and i can't fault it at all, the cleaners work very hard, changed my bedding everyday and cleaned my room, breakfast is always amazing aswell, and if your a smoker like me there is a choice of 2 patio areas to pick from and you haven't got far to go to the bar, it's only on your doorstep, thanks again guys, wonderful job, definitely going back again soon

The staff were very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was good . We were on the top floor , up 47 steps , in the property next door but one . There wasn’t a lift and to be fair we hadn’t stated that we couldn’t manage stairs , which we could but perhaps not so many! There was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom .
