"Pros Street parking in front of the building is ideal for older vehicles. The hotel is modern, fairly priced, and pet friendly. Food delivery is easy, and the front desk staff are friendly. The room included a microwave, fridge, and well‑working AC. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth. My corner room on the first floor was quiet, though I kept the blinds closed for safety since it faced the street. Cons I paid in advance but was contacted several times about my arrival despite calling ahead. It was stressful for an anxious traveler and could be even harder for someone with limited service. The room had a noticeable pet odor; as someone who has had fur babies, I understand accidents happen, but simple green, baking soda, vinegar, or anything Arm and Hammer works well and is inexpensive. A floor steamer would also help. Walls showed stains, likely from pets, and could use fresh paint. The shower knob was loose with unclear temperature markings. No phone in the room made it impossible to call for assistance. Overall Impression The hotel’s presentation and cleanliness were commendable, especially the beautifully designed entryway. The property feels modern yet delicate. Despite minor issues, I’d recommend it, especially for guests traveling with pets. I’d stay again if the option of a room that hasn’t been occupied by pets becomes available."

"Beautiful place. A couple of buckets in the hallway catching drips and not much of a view from our balcony. Other than those two items we thought it was very well done, clean and welcoming. We are planning to visit again and stay a bit longer."
