"From the check-in till my departure afyer 10 nights stay. everything was absolutely amazing. Property is very clean, room was very comfortable, had an amazing view of Namsan and the tower a the top. Daily housekeeping was great and always resupply of bottled water. Front desk was very friendly. also helped me booking a taxi at 4 am, make it super easy for me. Will definitely stay at N285 next time I visit Seoul. Location is fantastic, connecting you to any area, be it walking or subway ride. Highly recommend!!!"

"Super location to walk to many cultural and historical sites. Easy airport bus (6011)! The stop is just an 3 min walk away. Easy subway connection to other parts of the city. "Our double room was great. It also had integrated fridge freezer, oven and cooker. The bathroom was very modern. The only thing is that with having the oven and cooker you would expect some cooking utensils and pots & pans - there were none. The buffet breakfast was good too. I can't really fault the place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Myeongdong and within easy walking distance of attractions such as Myeongdong Cathedral, Deoksugung Palace, and Cheonggyecheon. The hotel’s proximity to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing made exploring Seoul incredibly convenient. A special thank you to the concierge team, who helped arrange a facial and head spa experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the variety of excellent dining options within the hotel and found ourselves eating there frequently for both convenience and quality. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were professional, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish. While the hotel is centrally located, neighborhoods such as Gangnam and Itaewon are also just a short taxi ride away. Overall, an excellent hotel in a prime location. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Seoul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
