"If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. It was by chance that the good young manager came out as I think he saw me on CCTV waiting outside (this was before the official check-in time). Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"チェックアウト後も預けることできて助かりました！"

"Great area. Very clean hotel. Safe and close to everything."

"The location was excellent—central and convenient, yet in a quieter, less busy area. The atmosphere was calm and artistic, with beautiful artwork. The room was a good size and very clean, and the overall value was great. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, with virtually no outside noise. The service was outstanding, from the front desk to all the staff, who were friendly, very helpful and professional. The amenities were good, the water pressure was excellent, although there were...

"We stayed at this hotel because of the great reviews it had. We highly recommend staying here for all of the great amenities such as a gym, coin laundry with Laundry detergent and dryer sheets available for sale, the 7-11 conveniently downstairs and how incredibly helpful the staff was. 10/10! They always cleaned our rooms daily and provided free towels and are completely understanding. We will stay here again when we come back to South Korea!"

"部屋も綺麗だし、タオル交換も掃除もしっかりしていた。 駅までも近く、ホテルの下にスーパーもあって遅くまでやっているのもありがたい。"

"アクセスが良い所なので選びました。朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフも親切に対応してくださいました。部屋が写真より狭かったです。そこだけが気になるところでした。機会があったら、同じホテルの広い部屋を選びたいです。"

"Great location. Close walking distance to major tourist hotspots in Seoul"

"The location is unbeatable-- this hotel is walking distance from so many of the sights I wanted to see in Seoul (several of the royal palaces, hanok villages, and the Myeongdong shopping district). The room was extremely clean and was suitable for my purposes as I was traveling alone, but it was fairly small (especially the bathroom). The hotel also operates on with self check-in, so I never actually saw a member of the staff. This wasn't an issue for me as I didn't have any problems, but I...

"Well located, clean and well priced. The room was small but given all the other benefits, it was worth it."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is perfect walking distance to many popular attractions: shopping, historical sites, and restaurants. The check in staff was very helpful and kind. We were able to store our luggage before check-in since we arrived very early. The room was comfortable. The WiFi was easy and fast. There was a shared kitchen and laundry space for our use. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we booked a second time at the end of our trip."
