"I had a pretty disappointing experience at Travelodge and wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The main issue was with the room conditions, specifically the bathroom lighting, which wouldn’t turn off. Even after being moved to a different room, the same problem persisted. It made it extremely difficult to sleep, especially since the bathroom has glass walls and the light couldn’t be blocked out. What was most frustrating, though, was how the situation was handled. Despite the ongoing inconvenience and disruption to my stay, the hotel declined to offer any partial refund or meaningful resolution. Considering the issue directly impacted basic comfort and sleep, this response felt dismissive. Thankfully, Hotels.com stepped in and reimbursed me for part of the stay, which I appreciated. However, that only highlights the lack of accountability on the hotel’s side. Overall, the experience fell short due to both the unresolved room issues and the lack of customer service. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re expecting a comfortable and responsive stay."

"Despite not being in central area,This an excellent hotel close to major sites and plenty of shops and restaurants. Great value for the price if you are able to book early. Hotel itself is classy without being overly opulent. Highly recommend."

"Had a great stay at LeMong hotel. The vibes and decor made it a comfortable experience. There was also coffee/tea and water available at the lobby 24/7. The location was a big plus for me. Many sites are walkable within 15-20 mins like Myeongdong, Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwangnam"

"The only reason I did not give a 5 star was that the room smelled musty when coming back from a long day away, we figured it was because the aircon was on automatic and since we were gone most of the day, it was off. Took us a while to figure out the aircon from being turn off automatically when we were gone and throughout the night, The curtains had a little mold on the bottom, I'm assuming was based on the aircon issue. Other than that, it was pretty clean elsewhere, room size was good for 4 adults, and location was ideal for the elderly in our group. Great location on Myeongdong street and close to the train station."
