The room was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were also very courteous. The hotel is not only convenient for exploring Myeongdong but also ideally located near a subway station, making it easy to access other areas as well.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the central of Myeongdong, makes it very convenient to place all your purchases back at the hotel and back to shopping again! It is close to the airport limousine bus pick up point, the only drawback as it doesn’t have the lobby for drivers’ pick up and drop off. You would have to walk to nearby streets for cab hailing as the cars can’t drive into hotel doorstep. In addition, love the separate shower and toilet arrangement.

I liked going around Myeongdong at night which made the hotel's location very convenient. The room had areas that were clean and others that were not so clean - found some stray curly hairs on the white seat where people but bags and luggage - not what I expected of a Japanese hotel chain. The staff were very friendly though and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The breakfast was quite nice if you dont mind having a Korean style breakfast with just sone western options on the side. The room was on a higher floor so had a nice view at night but the aircon did this annoying thing of switching on and off once left on for a few minutes which was equal parts annoying and creepy. If the sound bothers you, you'll need to switch the aircon off to sleep but then probably wake up earlier than expected once the room got too hot. Overall, not truly satisfied considering the price of the hotel. I would try another place next time.

日本語もスタッフの方が話せるので、日本のホテルのような感じで過ごせて、英語や韓国語を話せない私にはストレスフリーでした。 ホテルもトイレも別でよかったです。 清掃はたぶん見落としが多いのかなと思います。 タオルセットも一つ少なくフロントに連絡しましたし、なぜか床にクレヨンが2本も落ちていました。 でも、駅からも近いですし、スタッフの方も対応が丁寧です！
