"Hotel was very clean, staff was very attentive and accommodating. We ended up with one king size bed room for my husband, myself, and 10 year old son. Made a call to front desk and immediately someone was at our door with a very comfortable roll away bed, it was literally a portable twin bed and not one of those cheap cots. All the beds there were extremely comfortable. Location couldnt be better, its perfect for Amica Pavilion, resteraunts, shops, or anything you can imagine in downtown providence. Hotel room service, and the food is top notch. Great restaraunt, bar, and coffee shop inside hotel as well. Rates are fantastic for what you get, it feels unrealistic. Highly recommend this hotel location to anyone looking to stay in Providence."
