"Kind of rundown room. Strong odor like an old floor mop upon entry. Had to open window and leave for an hour to try to clear air. Didn’t work. Hall smelled,the same evidenced by plug in air deodorants in the hall. Heater worked awful. Noisy and inconsistent operation. Nowhere to hang a hand towel near sink. "

They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. "It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews...
