Very close to Newport, well maintained property. Staff was pleasant ; did not have a chance to use the pool; breakfast offered a variety of options; all day coffee and tea options, as well as a water machine. Did not like the coffee so I opted for black tea instead. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice to hear the cricket, it had a soothing effect. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

This is the perfect place to stay to be close to Newport. Easy 5-10 minute drive to downtown! Lots of dining options close by too. We took a side trip to Cape Cod while staying here (about an hour or so away!). The room we had was a little smaller than we were expecting, but overall a great experience staying here. Breakfast was really good and the pool was a nice perk after a long day.
