We live in Providence (about an hour south) and we come to Middletown/Newport area a few times a year because the hotels have better amenities for lower prices. Also decent amount of shopping and food options in the area.

Great place to stay rather than the outrageous prices in Newport. It's only 10-15 minutes away from the center of the action in Newport. Great value!

We came to visit Newport, RI, and this hotel in adjacent Middletown was a perfect place to stay because it was a nice hotel for less cost than one in Newport, plenty of parking and in a less congested area. It was only a 5-10 minute drive to Newport.

A residential community with all the amenities of a larger suburb at hand. The French bakery nearby was superb!
"We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, big spacious clean rooms, great indoor pool. The big plus for us was the complimentary shuttle that takes you to downtown Newport so you don't have to drive and worry about finding a parking spot. "
"A great place to stay. The hotel has updated amenities with a classic charm. The staff is great, especially in the restaurant. Overall a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again."
"Ooh, this hotel has the most wonderful brightly lit hallways, so unusual, and our room was fabulous! Ocean view, and a good view, too, with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. The floor was not carpeted, very smart in a hotel just off the beach. The room was spotless and the room fridge had a freezer compartment.
We ate lunch and dinner at Tickets, the associated restaurant, both of which were delicious.
Considering the hotel is on a busy corner, the room was quite quiet. We plan on visiting again!"
"Hotel was comfortable and clean. We had a sliding door out to our parked car so it was easy to unload and load. Breakfast was good with hot eggs and meat as well as cold options. Wished they had flavored creamer. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Air conditioner was a bit noisy turning on and off, which would be my only complaint. "
"Loved the out door pool, bar, views, yoga, restaurant and seating area. Used the gym and went for early morning walks. The spa there wouldn’t treat teens under 18 even with adult consent nor with alsulg present ie couples massage but I found Bodhi spa and the were able to accomade the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teens for a girls bday weekend) and we Enjoyed the water Journey at Bohdi as well"
