"We loved this home. It is exactly as pictured. The location was a short drive to downtown Newport and the beaches. We enjoyed using the front porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. The home had plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel was beautifully maintained, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely love to come back!"

"Ivy at the front desk was lovely and very helpful, including letting me know there is a $10 discount for the breakers entry if tickets were bought at the hotel. The room was clean and quite large. The breakfast Saturday morning was mostly breaded products. I am celiac, but I don’t anticipate accommodation for that so not an issue. I would highly recommend staying here. There may be some stairs involved in making your way to your room so maybe pack a little lighter."

"The house is at a great location, easy access to all key attractions. It’s very clean and well equipped. We love the kitchen and dinner room. It has beautiful decks with ocean views. The host is very friendly and professional. We had a wonderful time at this house."

"The house comes equipped with everything for a perfect beach vacation. Chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, beach buggy. Great location, a short walk or bike ride to multiple beaches, restaurants… 5 minute drive downtown/ Thames st Newport ! Perfect for our family of 4 with We can’t wait to return !"
