Love this quaint quintessential New England property with very charming decor and tastefully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and updated bathroom was wonderful. Parking is off site and a walk but this property is within walking distance of every place you want to be in Newport. The made to order breakfast and cooks were amazing! Would love to come back here soon!

This property is even better than advertised. The room was clean and looked newly renovated. The upstairs breakfast area was charming and the outdoor seating area was perfect to sit and view the wharf. Serena gave us a warm welcome and all information needed to make our stay go smoothly. The Outlook Inn was quaint and located close to the downtown area, but far enough away that it was quiet. The delicious breakfasts varied each morning and were cooked and served to each guest. The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable!

The Outlook Inn exceeded our expectations! While earlier ratings were positive, we did not anticipate the wonderful hospitality of the staff or immaculate cleanliness of the updated property. 1) a wonderfully convenient location; 2) nicely sized rooms; 3) Lovely breakfast specials each day, but with ability to customize. We will return and highly recommend, but if you are seeking opulence or uber amenities of a chain hotel, this is not it. If you want a quiet and lovely and well located independent accommodation, it is.

Lovely old home that had Ben perfectly renovated. Elegant, great bed, amazing breakfast, view from deck overlooking the harbor and staff was helpful.
Kitchen where staff prepared the lovely breakfast. Also refrigerator available for visitors.
