"Beautiful room, first class"

"Staff was absolutely amazing. Every single person from valet, front desk, room service, bellhop, etc. was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. That being said, I understood the Omni to have a high reputation, and that expectation was far from met. My room was small and basic, no different or better than hotels of lesser reputation. I had broken outlet covers, i had a window with missing/broken blinds. My shower handle and trim were loose and wobbly. Overall, I'd say this was a motel quality room. As wonderful as the staff were, I would never stay here again. Great staff does not make up for that room quality."

"A very average stay. Food was average, bed & mattress needing replacing, the mattress was bowing both sides with a lump in the middle. Room was clean. Hostess at breakfast was very stern and not customer friendly. On check in we weren’t shown where breakfast was or to our room. It seemed they wanted minimal interaction with guests. Would not recommend or stay there."

"This beautifully decorated first floor condo was amazing! Comfortable furniture, high end finishes and great location. The outdoor patio by the river was a perfect spot to relax. Jennifer was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Can't wait to book this place again!"
