"Jordan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He warm smile made me feel welcomed."

"The hotel needs a serious update."

"This was the perfect t place to stay. The daily breakfast is a great bonus. It was located close to Brown where I was visiting. I was also really glad to have a wireless charger in the room too."

"Dislike the valet parking, especially when it's busy (it was on a Sat. night). Lobby was one floor up from entrance (not easy with luggage). Breakfast was the usual but it was well stocked. The room was clean with plenty of lighting and outlets."

"Very cute boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location"

"Great location"

"Nice cozy place"

"The staff was amazing, especially Rosa at breakfast! The room was clean and amazing; love the couch in there and the desk to work at. Plenty of parking. I will 100% be back if I need to travel. I took a 10 minute lyft to Providence which was awesome too. Great location"

"Hampton Inn doesn't disappoint. We choose Hampton as much as possible. This was the first time in this hotel. We will be back if we are in need to come to this area again."

"Very clean. Property was very nice to smokers"

Also, the curtain was pulled off of the rod for three of its connections, and left hanging. Contact with the front desk resolved the issues, and I was told I wouldn't...

"They use Febreeze to deodorize the rooms. Our room was so heavily sprayed we could smell the air freshener all over our sheets and pillowcases to the extent we had to open the window and exchange pillowcases at the front desk. We both felt sick from being polluted with a nasty deodorizer."
