"We only stayed a couple days but it was super comfortable and clean. Love that we had efficiency rooms to do a bit of cooking. This place allows smoking on grounds but not in rooms. Being a smoker, I appreciated that but I also appreciated how respectful all the smokers were, including myself. Lots of receptacles available and they are kept clean and organized. "House is in great location, kids were able to fish w ease. They wont send check in information until 24 hoirs b4 u arrive, so its tough when you're traveling. Pool is not heated. There is deferred maintenance. One of the bedrooms has no working electricity, daughter left her feather down pillow and owners refused to reach out to ship back and id be happy to pay for shipping. Can't see anything in the bedroomThe owners had food shipped while we were there, but we were out all day so the food rot....

"Our stay started with a in-person greeting and welcome to the area. We were shown exactly where to go and how to get to the unit. The best part--opening the blinds to see the most breathtaking view of the ocean! Greg was great with communicating, and we discovered one of the beach chairs was broken, he immediately worked with us to replace! The unit was equipped with starter paper towels and dish soap and other amenities which was really nice! We greatly enjoyed our week and cant wait to come...

"Very clean condo on Ormond Beach. Has beach access and pool. Love the views of the ocean and bay side. We like the option of driving up to Flagler or driving down to Daytona within 10 -15 minute drive either way. Easy drive to Orlando also"
